We are a Latina, immigrant, woman-owned photography business based out of Aurora, Colorado.

 

Maria Ignacia Miranda Santis (she/ella) is the founder and owner of MIMS Photo & Arts. For over 10 years, she has taken portrait and event photos for individuals and progressive partners alike.

 

Additionally, Maria Ignacia has worked for progressive advocacy organizations such as Women’s Voices for the Earth, One Colorado, and the Colorado Organization for Latina Opportunity and Reproductive Rights (COLOR) as an organizer and field manager - bringing this unique perspective to her political photos.

 

Maria Ignacia is dedicated to working with candidates, organizations and progressive causes committed to creating a more inclusive and equitable world. Some of her clients include Cobalt Advocates, Planned Parenthood Federation of America, Freedom to Marry Colorado, and others.
